These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 88atm ("88atm", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the 88atm website located at https://88atm.cam and all associated services, products, features, and content made available through the platform.

By creating an account, depositing funds, placing bets, or otherwise accessing any service provided by 88atm, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, each of which is incorporated by reference into this Agreement.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must discontinue use of the platform immediately. 88atm reserves the right to amend, supplement, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will provide reasonable prior notice through the platform or via your registered email address.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Account" means the personal account registered by a User on the 88atm platform for the purpose of accessing the services.
• "Balance" means the total of real-money funds, bonus funds, and any winnings held within a User's Account at any given time.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free-bet amounts, or matched deposit bonuses credited to an Account subject to specific wagering requirements.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and address verification process required to activate full account functionality.
• "MYR" or "RM" means Malaysian Ringgit, the currency in which 88atm accounts are denominated.
• "Platform" means the 88atm website, mobile-optimised interface, and all associated digital services accessible via https://88atm.cam.
• "Services" means all games, betting markets, financial transactions, promotional offers, and support services provided by 88atm.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the minimum total bet amount that must be placed before Bonus Funds or winnings derived from Bonus Funds may be withdrawn.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country or territory from which access to 88atm is restricted under applicable law or platform policy.

To open and maintain an Account with 88atm, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age. This age restriction applies without exception. Players below the age of 21 are strictly prohibited from registering or using the platform in any capacity.
• You are accessing the platform as an individual, in a personal capacity, and not on behalf of any other person or organisation.
• You are not a resident or citizen of a Prohibited Jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of 88atm complies with the laws of your jurisdiction.
• You are not currently subject to any self-exclusion agreement with 88atm or any other licensed gaming operator.
• You have not previously had an 88atm Account suspended or permanently closed due to a breach of these Terms.
• You are acting solely with legally obtained funds and are not using the platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other unlawful financial activity.

Each User is permitted to hold only one (1) Account on the 88atm platform. Opening duplicate accounts, including accounts under different names, email addresses, or payment methods associated with the same individual, constitutes a serious breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You agree to update your account information promptly if any details change. 88atm will not be liable for any issues arising from inaccurate or outdated account information submitted by the User.

KYC Verification Requirements

To comply with anti-money laundering (AML) regulations and responsible gambling standards, 88atm requires all players to complete KYC verification before withdrawals are processed and in other circumstances where identity verification is warranted. KYC documentation typically includes:

• A valid government-issued photo identification document — Malaysian NRIC (MyKad), Driver's License, or Passport;
• Proof of residential address — a utility bill (electricity, water, or telecommunications) or bank statement dated within the previous three (3) months, clearly showing your name and address;
• A recent selfie photograph holding your identification document alongside your face;
• Verification of the payment method used — for example, a screenshot of the registered e-wallet or bank account name matching the account holder.

KYC documents are reviewed by our compliance team within 24–48 hours of submission. Accounts that fail to complete KYC within a reasonable timeframe following a formal request may be restricted or suspended. All documents are processed securely in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

You agree to use the 88atm platform solely for its intended purpose of lawful personal entertainment. The following conduct is strictly prohibited:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other technology to interact with the platform in a manner inconsistent with normal human usage;
• Exploiting software errors, technical glitches, or vulnerabilities in the platform to obtain an unfair advantage or financial gain;
• Colluding with other players or 88atm staff to manipulate game outcomes or betting markets;
• Using the platform in connection with any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other unlawful financial activity;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any stage of registration, KYC, or account management;
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to another user's account or the platform's administrative systems;
• Using payment methods that are not registered in your own name or that you are not authorised to use;
• Engaging in any form of harassment, abuse, or threatening behaviour toward 88atm staff or other users.

88atm monitors all account activity on a continuous basis. Accounts found to be in breach of these acceptable use provisions will be suspended and may be permanently closed. Balances associated with prohibited activity may be forfeited in their entirety.

6.1 Deposits

88atm accepts deposits in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) via the following payment channels: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, DuitNow, FPX, and selected cryptocurrencies (BTC, ETH, USDT, BNB). Minimum deposit amounts vary by method; the standard minimum is MYR 50 for e-wallets and MYR 100 for bank transfers. Detailed limits are displayed at the point of deposit.

All deposits must be made from accounts or payment instruments registered in the Account holder's own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted under any circumstances and will be reversed. Deposits are credited to your Account balance upon successful confirmation from the respective payment processor.

6.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to operational constraints. Before any withdrawal is processed, KYC verification must be completed. Standard processing times are as follows:

• E-Wallets (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay): Typically processed within 15 minutes for verified accounts;
• Bank Transfer (Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, DuitNow, FPX): Typically 30 minutes to 2 hours on business days;
• Cryptocurrency: Typically 15–30 minutes following network confirmation, subject to blockchain congestion.

88atm reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks prior to processing withdrawals where fraud, AML, or responsible gambling concerns exist. Withdrawal requests that are under review will be communicated to the Account holder within a reasonable timeframe.

88atm offers a range of promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and loyalty tier rewards. All promotions are subject to specific terms that are communicated at the time the offer is presented. The following general conditions apply to all bonuses unless otherwise stated:

• Bonus offers are available to eligible players aged 21 and above who hold a verified 88atm account;
• Each promotion may only be claimed once per player, household, IP address, or shared device unless explicitly stated otherwise;
• Bonus Funds are credited to a separate promotional balance and will only be made available for withdrawal once the applicable wagering requirement has been satisfied;
• Standard wagering requirements are 20x to 30x the bonus amount, which must be completed within 14 calendar days of the bonus being credited;
• Cashback bonuses and loyalty cashback carry a reduced 5x to 10x rollover requirement;
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%; table games and live casino may contribute at a reduced rate as specified in individual promotion terms;
• 88atm reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time, with changes taking effect from the date of communication. Bonuses already credited and partially wagered will be honoured under the terms in effect at the time of crediting;
• Any abuse of bonus terms, including but not limited to bonus hunting strategies, low-risk hedging, or collusion, will result in immediate bonus forfeiture and may result in account suspension.

88atm provides access to a catalogue of casino games and sports betting markets sourced from licensed third-party game providers. All casino games utilise certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology subject to independent auditing. Published Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages reflect the theoretical long-term average and are not a guarantee of individual session outcomes.

Sports betting markets are offered on a wide range of events including but not limited to: English Premier League (EPL), Liga Super Malaysia, FA Cup, UEFA Champions League, UFC, and other major international sporting events. All odds are displayed prior to bet placement. Once a bet has been confirmed and accepted by the platform, it is binding and cannot be reversed.

In the event of a technical error, system failure, or human error resulting in a manifestly incorrect price being displayed, 88atm reserves the right to void the affected bets and return the staked amounts to the relevant Account holders. This clause applies irrespective of whether bets have already been settled.

88atm is committed to promoting safe, responsible, and informed gambling. We recognise that for some individuals, gambling can become problematic. As part of our commitment to player welfare, we provide the following responsible gambling tools to all registered users:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts to manage your spending;

• Cool-Off Period: Temporarily restrict access to your Account for a period of 24 hours up to 6 weeks;

88atm employs sophisticated fraud detection systems and cooperates with relevant regulatory authorities and financial institutions to detect and prevent fraudulent activity. Any of the following will be treated as serious fraud and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all associated balances, and, where applicable, referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Use of stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorised payment methods to fund an Account;
• Deliberate chargeback fraud — initiating payment disputes with a financial institution after receiving services or winnings from 88atm;
• Multi-accounting for the purpose of claiming duplicate bonuses or circumventing account restrictions;
• Match-fixing, insider information abuse, or any form of sports betting manipulation;
• Providing false identification documents during KYC verification;
• Any conduct that the platform has reasonable grounds to believe constitutes money laundering under applicable law.

Where 88atm suspects fraudulent activity, it reserves the right to withhold funds pending investigation for up to 180 days. All investigative decisions will be communicated to the Account holder in writing.

88atm reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe following a formal request;
• Suspected fraudulent, criminal, or abusive conduct;
• Requests from regulatory authorities, law enforcement, or financial institutions;
• Provision of false or misleading account information;
• Discovery that the account holder is a minor (under 21 years of age).

In the event of account termination for cause, 88atm reserves the right to forfeit any Bonus Funds and, where fraud is confirmed, the entire Account Balance. Real-money funds deposited in good faith will be returned to the originating payment method following the conclusion of any investigation, unless they are subject to active forfeiture proceedings.

You may close your Account voluntarily at any time by contacting our Customer Support team. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within 5 business days. Any remaining eligible balance will be returned to your registered payment method.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 88atm and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and service providers shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform;
• Loss of data, revenue, profits, or gaming opportunities arising from platform outages, technical errors, or third-party failures;
• Interrupted access to the platform resulting from scheduled maintenance, force majeure events, or telecommunications failures beyond 88atm's reasonable control;
• The conduct, actions, or omissions of third-party payment processors, game providers, or other service partners;
• Any decision made by a User based on the content, features, or results available through the platform.

Where 88atm is found to be directly liable for direct losses suffered by a User, such liability shall in no event exceed the total amount deposited by that User in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in this clause shall limit liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

All content on the 88atm platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, graphics, user interface, text, software, databases, and game content — is the exclusive property of 88atm or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This licence does not permit:

• Reproduction, distribution, or commercial exploitation of any platform content without prior written consent;
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling any software component of the platform;
• Scraping, data mining, or systematic extraction of platform content using automated means;
• Creation of derivative works based on any element of the platform without express authorisation.

Any unauthorised use of 88atm's intellectual property will result in immediate account suspension and may give rise to civil or criminal liability.

88atm collects, processes, and stores personal data provided by Users in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of this Agreement. By accepting these Terms, you also consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.

Personal data is collected for the purposes of account management, KYC verification, payment processing, customer support, fraud prevention, and where applicable, marketing communications to opted-in users. Your data is never sold to third parties. 88atm employs industry-standard security measures including 256-bit SSL encryption to protect your personal information.

You may exercise your data rights — including the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data — by contacting our Data Protection team through the contact details set out in Section 16.

In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, your Account, or any service provided by 88atm, the following resolution procedure applies:

1. Step 1 — Contact Support: Submit a formal complaint in writing via Live Chat or email ([email protected]) describing the nature of the dispute in detail. Our customer support team will acknowledge receipt within 24 hours and endeavour to resolve the matter within 5 business days.
2. Step 2 — Escalation: If the matter is not resolved to your satisfaction at Step 1, you may request escalation to our senior compliance team. Escalated disputes will be reviewed within 10 business days.
3. Step 3 — Arbitration: Where a dispute remains unresolved following internal escalation, both parties agree to submit the matter to binding arbitration under the rules of an internationally recognised arbitration body as designated by 88atm from time to time. The seat of arbitration shall be determined at the time of the submission.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which 88atm holds its gaming licence. Nothing in this clause affects your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection law.
